Built by Aquafibre in 1971, teak interior finished in Switzerland. Second owner since 1978. Yearly maintained, continuously updated and in very good condition.
Crossed the Atlantic twice (and back) and is ready for another long voyage.
Currently stationed in Spain, Mediterranean side, Bay of Rosas.

My S&S34, built 1971 is for sale. I am the second owner since 1978. The maintenance for the yacht was made every year since 1971 through Intermarin Office and by specialised shipyards (the last years by the Nautic Center SA in Rosas, Spain)
The yacht was out of the water every year for the antifouling and maintenance. Brendanus sails under the Swiss Flag.

Each year additional works and replacements were made. For instance in:
- 2019 All (9) keel bolts 20mm replaced; seawater resistant stainless V4A steel -
- 2017 Deck got a new painting, safety flares were replaced, the boarding ladders front and rear were improved.
- 2016 new spray hood, Engine battery replaced, Life Raft maintained.
- 2015 part of the hull newly painted, new genoa WB-Sail for Furlex, additional EPIRB McMurdo G5 Smartfind plus,
- Lights were replaced.
- 2014 Lewmar hatch replaced in the fore cabin; new 3-blade propeller, new tool box, new lifejackets, and more ...
- 2013 Main sail new (WB-Sail), Life Raft maintained, safety flares replaced
- 2012 all the fittings through the hull and safety valves were replaced (Niro V4A),
- new compressor for icebox and holding plate maintained, new echo sounder and speedometer,
- 2011 new manual and electrical bilge pumps
- 2010 new dinghy Brigg 2,7 Meter, (still as new!) new Life Raft SeaSafe KHY and grab bag,
- EPIRB McMurdoc Fastfind Max G, new Navtex (Nasa)
- 2009 all upholstery in cabin new
- 2008 new windlass Lofrans AIRON 1000W
- 2007 new mast and new complete rigging! Seldon Mast and Furlex Furling genoa,

- Upcoming work: planned for April 2020: Foredeck and side deck to be renewed / refurbished.

Comments on upcoming work:

The side and foredeck must be renovated. The teak deck was renewed 30 years ago. In the meantime, the original 8 mm thick teak strips have "run through" and are now only 2 to 3 mm thick and are slowly loosening from the substrate.

The plan is to remove the teak layer. The base is a boat plywood plate, which is applied on the GFK deck. This bottom layer is still in very good condition and can be used as a base.
A new paint application "Toplac" from the company "International" with non-slip substrate is planned.
Colour light grey as on the upper deck. All material for this work is available and on board.
(Wood primer, spatula, precoating, paint, sealant etc.)

If you want to do this work yourself, or if you want to cover the front and side decks with real teak strips again, or with a "synthetic teak" coating, I can grant a substantial discount.
